Closson Press Policies
RETURN POLICY: All sales are final. Only defective products or products sent in error may be returned or replaced. Customer must notify Closson Press within 10 days from the date of shipment for resolution to be made.
REFUND POLICY: We have a no refund policy. The books and CDs sold by Closson Press are almost exclusively for research purposes.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Products are generally packed and shipped the same day or within three days from the date the order is received. Cancellation of any product must be received before the product is shipped or the sale is final.
SHIPPING POLICY: Products are usually shipped via UPS or USPS (your choice) within one to three days from receipt of the order.
PRIVACY STATEMENT: We do not sell or share e-mails or any other information collected from you with anyone. We value you and respect your privacy.
