Author: Margaret Dilworth Lutes
Rev. Dilworth (November 19, 1789-1865), licensed to preach by the Presbytery of Hartford in 1824, served as a missionary among the churches of Western PA and Eastern Ohio. He was the pastor of the Church of Little Beaver for thirty years, beginning in 1836. Notations of deaths, marriages, and other bits of genealogical information primarily for the years 1836, 1856 on through October 1866, and some entries for 1821-1823 make up this book. His cousin, Blacksmith Dilworth, assisted in writing the diary. Index.
