Located in Trevorton, Northumberland County, Zion’s is the only Lutheran church in Trevorton. In fact, it’s the only Lutheran church in Zerbe Township (where Trevorton is located). Originally named Emmanuel Lutheran, this church was first organized in 1860. Births, Marriages, and Deaths cover the years 1859-1939. Births and Baptisms (1859-1939) include the name of the baptized person, parents, birth and baptism date. Marriages cover 1864-1931 and include the bride, groom, place of residence and date of marriage. Deaths and burials (1860-1933) include name, date of death, age, and place of burial. Spouses are listed, maiden names are identified, and parents of children are listed when known.
