Included within these volumes are the muster rolls for Pennsylvanians who served in the French and Indian War and who served the Continental Army from units formed in Pennsylvania, along with rolls from the Pennsylvania Navy 1776-79, Letters of Marques 1778–82, a list of soldiers who received Depreciation Pay, and abstracts of Pension Applications on file in the Division of Public Records, Pennsylvania State Library. Found within the muster rolls are list of officers and soldiers along with officers’ correspondence and brief histories. .
